  • Directions: How to get to the farm?
    We are located just 10 minutes south of Winnipeg off Highway 75! Directions: Drive south on Pembina Hwy (Hwy 75) past St.Norbert , turn right on Glenlea Rd and a left on Andrechuk Road. Drive one km and you’ve arrived at Prairie Berry! Note : If you end up driving past Ste. Agathe, you’ve gone too far! 2385 Andrechuk Rd, Glenlea, MB R0G 0S0
  • Are tickets final sale?
    Yes, unfortunately tickets are nonrefundable. Chefs prepare the portions based on the number of guests.
  • How much are tickets?
    Tickets are $150 per person which includes taxes and gratuity.
  • What happens in the case of bad weather?
    In the event of severe weather, the event and meal will be served in a sheltered building.
  • How do I reserve tickets and what if we are a group?
    Please email prairieberryfarm@gmail.com , payment will be taken by e transfer. If attending as a group, we encourage one person purchase the tickets to ensure you all sit together.
  • What method of payment do you take?
    The bar is cash or e transfer only.
  • What time is dinner?
    Doors and Bar opens at 6:00 pm Doors and Bar opens at 6:00 pm Appetizers served at 6:30 pm Dinner served at 7:00 pm
  • Can we bring our own liquor, or can we purchase liquor at the farm?
    We do have a liquor permit and will be selling, wine, beer, cocktails, etc. Permits do not allow guests to bring their own liquor.
  • Can I have substitutes for the menu?
    No, the chef’s menu cannot be changes unless it’s due to a food sensitivity then the Chefs will accommodate as best they can. Please let us know prior to arrival if there are any food sensitivities or allergies.
  • How should I dress for the evening?
    Please check the daily weather for Glenlea, Manitoba and dress accordingly. It may get cooler in the evening so please bring a blanket or shawl if needed. The path to get to the field is wood chips so be prepared to walk through grass and wood chips.
  • What shoes should I wear for the evening?
    We recommend close toed, flat shoes as you will be walking through grass and wood chips to get to the tables.
  • How are the mosquitos?
    We fog for mosquitos before each evening and have bug repelling lanterns. You can also choose to bring our own bug spray.
